Origin: China, Japan, Korea
Habitat: Hardy to USDA Zone 6 
Height and Form: up to 40 inches tall 
Foliage and Bark: Flat to folded blades, up to 12 inches long and .5 inch wide, occasionally twisted in loose spiral
Flowers, Fruit and Seeds: yellowish-brown to golden-brown bristles on green seeds, 4-12 per stalk
